Through prayer, learn to see the image of God in each person on your campus.

Instructions

  • As you go, ask God to help you see each person on your campus as he does.

  • Walk around your campus, taking note of each person around you.

    • ⁠What do you notice about them? What sticks out about their appearance, and their expression?

    • ⁠Are you wondering what they can do for you, or are you thinking about them without regard for their 'usefulness'?

  • ⁠As you observe each person, silently speak “image bearer” over them to help you affirm their great value and see them like God sees them, in their own uniqueness and beauty.


Reflection & Debrief

Reflect together to debrief your experience. You could use the following questions:

  • Who did you see?

  • What were the most common emotions you witnessed in others?

  • What impact did this experience have on you?

  • What might God be to you saying through this experience?
