Engaging in God’s mission around the world.
Because Jesus is at work. On your college or university campus, he is building up communities on mission. And having a mission means making a move.
Going on a mission trip is one way to join Jesus in his work. And his work of redemption is so good. It’s worth carrying to other cities and countries. You can help other students and communities live in his good news too.
Plus when you go on a mission trip with P2C-Students, you’ll find your own horizons wider and your roots deeper. Whether you cross cultures by going to another country or just crossing the street, we want you to come home with a deeper love for God and your neighbours.
How might God transform you as you trust him and go?
Your exact activities will vary from trip to trip. But on all mission trips, you’ll be invited to go deeper and wider in the way you see the world and your walk with Jesus.
Together with P2C-S staff, interns, and students, you’ll be supported to live an embodied, holistic, and missional life.
Deepen your roots:
Integrate your everyday life with God’s mission
Experience community with faithful Christians
Receive thoughtful discipleship
Learn how to live missionally in partnership with the Holy Spirit
Widen your horizons:
Interact in partnership with local ministries
Learn how to share your faith in culturally contextualized ways
Engage in the joys and complexities of God’s redemptive work
Be a catalyst in bringing long-term change to communities

Of the 100 million people in this country, only a few know Christ. There are millions who have no church exposure or a Bible of their own.
However, Vietnam is rapidly opening up to the gospel. Vietnamese students struggle with many of the things that challenge Canadian students and are especially open to hearing a Christian perspective.
On this mission trip, you’ll partner with local Christians by attending their gatherings, building friendships and, together, sharing the good news of Jesus. You’ll be helping to develop a relatively new international partnership, as you lean into cultural learning and trust building.
And you’ll be a part of a community living on a mission. Together with your team, you’ll learn to share the gospel in a culturally relevant way.

God is at work in this part of the world, where many people have never heard the gospel or developed a friendship with a follower of Jesus Christ.
Many people have been disillusioned by religion, yet they remain unsatisfied when they turn to secularism.
While the landscape can be dry, the culture is rich with history, flavour, tradition, and hospitality.
Come learn who these people are, how God is revealing himself, and how you can respond to the Holy Spirit at work in your life and in those around you. We call this place “Desert Rain” because of what we see God doing here:
Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. - Isaiah 43:19

We all have ideas about what it looks like to live on mission. But how do you turn your ideas into practice? That’s what “praxis” is all about.
PRAXIS welcomes you to come as you are, to be shaped by what we experience together, and to bring home a missional lifestyle that’s adaptable to any context.
Join us as we practise Christ-shaped witness with marginalized communities. Together we will demonstrate and describe the good news of Jesus in ways that honour people and the ongoing work of our local partners. On past PRAXIS trips, we’ve walked alongside newcomers to Canada, people experiencing homelessness, Indigenous folks, university students, and others.
We will also live, serve, and reflect on our experiences as a team. Past participants have described this missional community as transforming, challenging, and healing.
The foundation of a PRAXIS trip is our life with God. We’ll learn spiritual practices to remind us of the gospel, which inspire and sustain our missional habits.
Are you ready to join God in his work of renewing and restoring all things? Join us on PRAXIS!
