Not sure which application is for you?

Are you starting your first year of post-secondary in the fall of 2026?

  • Are you continuing undergrad, but changing schools (within Canada) in the fall of 2026?

  • Are you continuing undergrad, but changing programs in the fall of 2026?

  • Are you starting a Masters, PhD, or professional designation program (within Canada) in the fall of 2026?

If so, you apply for a New Beginnings Next Steps Award.

Both applications are open to residents of Canada enrolling to study at a Canadian post-secondary school in 2026.
